We are very excited that our Steam Rooms will be open effective March 1st, 2022 for guests who would like to enjoy a long awaited steam before or after their appointments!
All staff members at Riverside Spa currently meet a minimum 1 of the 2 following criteria:
1) Are currently fully vaccinated against Covid-19.
2) Are required to receive a negative result from an Asymptomatic Rapid Antigen Screening immediately prior to every shift.
All Riverside Spa staff are required to wear a face mask while at work. We currently have 1 staff member who is unable to wear a face mask for medical reasons. This staff member double vaccinated and is required to receive a negative result from an Asymptomatic Rapid Antigen Screening prior to every shift.
Guests are reminded that they must isolate for 10 days if they have tested positive for COVID-19 or have any core symptoms (cough, fever, shortness of breath, runny nose, sore throat, loss of taste or smell) that are not related to a pre-existing illness or health condition. In these cases, please call guest services to reschedule your appointment.
Staff will be screened daily prior to arriving at the facility and will not be permitted to come to work if they are experiencing any of the core COVID-19 symptoms.
We continue to offer tea, raspberry lemonade, water & our delicious Truffle Pig chocolates for guests which are all available from Guest Services at our front desk.
We continue to use medical-grade Accel wipes and spray solutions which we have been using for years. The lounge area, all treatment rooms and changerooms will be sanitized constantly, as they always have been.
